This was assembled for an office setting. The installer who kindly helped us to set it up asked us if the height was OK because it would be hard to change the height once they left - generally because to do so, 2 screws + 2 other bolts have to first be removed, the monitor has to be physically supported to the next lower bolt-hole to be bolted/screwed in again. I initially thought that there would be a smoother up-down movement. The trolley allows for left-right movement but the movement isn't the smooth type either - it feels a bit like pulling an old gate close. There is also no possibility of angling/tilting of the screen that we know of. As for another improvement, I would like to suggest that in the future (should the monitor be able to be used portrait style), that the mechanics of the trolley allow for a 90 degrees rotation too. The trolley otherwise works well and seems to be able to support the weight now. I rated it 4 out of 5 because I think the up-down movement is quite important in many settings especially when we have people of different heights trying to use the ViewBoard and it isn't a cheap trolley with the RRP being over SGD700. It will probably take a few of us working together to move it down to a height we feel more comfortable with, later in time.
